Air Canada Flew Plane Using 50% Cooking Oil Biofuel for First Time- “Flight AC991 from Toronto to Mexico City is expected to generate at least 40 per cent fewer emissions by using jet fuel derived from recycled cooking oil and through other fuel-saving measures, making it the most environmentally-friendly flight ever flown by Air Canada. – easier to digest, less for the body to process to get to the nutrients
– you will revive a vast amount of concentrated nutrients in a smaller helping
– juice “fast” have many nutritional and healing attributes

SMOOTHIES
– heavy in the fibers of the fruits and vegetable and can help eliminate bodily waste
– smoothie additions (nuts, protein powder, flaxseed oil, avocado etc.) lower the glycemic index and lower the potential bump in your blood sugar
– can offer much needed protein post workout
