Gratitude
During this Thanksgiving and holiday season we have so much to be grateful for, but do we express it to others?
Although we may internally experience an emotion/ feeling of gratitude, if left unexpressed their is avoid left:
Unexpressed gratitude is the same as ingratitude
Unexpressed gratitude is a form of rejection
Unexpressed gratitude has the same affect as rejection
Gratitude closes the loop in our relationships with others
What are you grateful for?
Are you willing to go back and express your thanks to those who have allowed you to move forward?
